I forgot to add a product to my order. What do I do?

When the package has already been shipped or is in the process of being packed, it is not possible to make a modification to the order.

  • When a credit card payment has been made, we are able to make the changes requested. Please send us an email stating the products that you would like to add to your order. The difference will be deducted from your credit card automatically.
  • If the order was paid using a pre-payment method and the payment has not been made yet, please send us an email that includes the products that you would like to add and we will send you an updated account that you can send to the bank. If you have already made the payment, you will need to make a new transfer for the additional charges.
  • If the order was paid using PayPal, you can make a transfer to your PayPal account. We will send you the details when you contact us via email.

The order will only be processed once the outstanding balance has been paid. 

What should you write in the email? That's easy:

  1. Name and Surname
  2. Order number
  3. The list of the products that you would like us to add to your order, including their colours and quantities.

What is Drop Shipping?

Drop shipping entails goods being shipped from the producer straight to the customer. You would place your order as usual in our shop, we inform the producer about the order and provide them with your shipping address.
The advantage is that there is no additional waiting period arises because the goods are being shipped directly from the producer. We are able to offer the customer a wider variety of products because drop shipping saves us storage area.

Individually custom-made clothing

You have xy characters at your disposal - use these to design your personal blouse, leather trousers, etc.

Custom-made clothing entails some waiting period. Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange such items are they are designed for you individually.

The Cash on Delivery option is available for the following countries: Austria, Germany and Slovenia.

For deliveries within Austria and Germany an additional fee of 5,90 Euro will be charged. For deliveries to Slovenia, an additional 2,90 Euro will be charged.

Bank Transfer or Direct Debit:

The order amount will be deducted three days after receipt of order. Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account - if not, additional bank charges may occur. The transaction is always processed three days after placing the order, regardless whether the items are available or not. In such cases, there may be a delay in delivery.

Please Note: Bank Transfers may take 1-3 days to arrive at our bank. The transfer time is unpredictable and depends on the time of day you place your order, your bank, and your country of origin. Your order will not be sent until your payment arrives, which can impact your dispatch date.

Cash on delivery allows you to make the payment of the outstanding order amount to the parcel service in cash. Make sure you have the appropriate amount available on the day of delivery.

Three delivery attempts are made. After the third attempt has been made unsuccessfully, the package is taken to a postal facility had kept there for 10 days. If the package is not collected within the following 72 hours, a fee of € 4 will be charged for storage space.

Cash on Delivery DHL

Cash on Delivery allows you to make the payment of the outstanding order amount to the parcel service in cash. Make sure you have the appropriate amount available on the day of delivery.

DHL is available for the following countries: Begium, France (incl. overseas territories), Italy, Latvia, Luxumbourg, Austria, Portugal 8incl. Madeira, Azores), Switzerland, Spain (incl. Canary Islands, Balearic Islands), tunisia, Turkey and Hungary.

If we are to deliver goods or documents with the option of simultaneous payment only, Cash on Delivery International is the right solution for you.

By using this form of payment, you are ensuring that the shippment to the receiver only amount to the Cash on Delivery payment and the return fee will be handed out (depending on the country). Please note that the service, Cash on Delivery International, is limited to certain countries. Dependant on destination country are also their various maximum amounts for the corresponding debt collection.

 The use of Cash on Delivery International is only possible in conjunction with Certified Mail International or Insured Letter International.
